Paul gave us many ideas to improve the presentation of the block, we were very grateful for this. Paul was very active in his marketing and had strategies our previous Agent did not. Paul was very good in his communication, using either a phone call, voicemail or text, which ever was most appropriate.
Paul was an excellent Agent to work with. We will seek his input to the renovation of our house and ask him to be our Agent again when the house is ready to go on the market.

We have just signed a contact for the sale of our little house in Brukunga.
Given the house’s location and age, we were conservative about our expectations, but Nathan remained positive (yet realistic) and kept our spirits high.
Nathan gave us confidence through every step of the process and when Nathan went on leave, Blake got the deal done.
Needless to say, the house was on the market for a mere two weeks before an offer and only 3 weeks before a contract was signed. We were anxious about having our house on the market with two energetic young boys (2 & 5) at home, but with such a quick turn around, the process was relatively painless (with only 2 opens and 1 private inspection).
