Property Manager September 2017
Sexton Glover Watts requires a motivated team player to join their department as a Residential Property Manager.
We are seeking a person who is team orientated, will conduct themselves in a professional manner, be of good character and provide exceptional customer service for our clients.
The position is Mount Barker based with a portfolio that covers managements within the Adelaide Hills.
The successful applicant will possess:
– Property management experience
– Knowledge of REST
– Exceptional customer service and communication skills
– Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time and meet deadlines
– The ability to build strong and effective relationships
– Ability to work under pressure
– Ability to work unsupervised but part of a team
– Current drivers licence

Our office is looking for a positive and ambitious person to join our sales team. A career is Real Estate can be an exciting and fulfilling career and the growing township of Mount Barker offers many opportunities.
Applicants should be conscientious and punctual, with a genuine approach to dealing with clients. A positive and resilient attitude is important and strong networking skills are expected.
Weekend work and some irregular hours will be required which means that good time and life management skills are a must, along with support from friends and/or family. The successful applicant will be given above average levels of support and training by other experienced practitioners and by the office as a whole. Our office infrastructure is among the best.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills, be positive in nature and have recent experience in real estate. Living locally is viewed as an advantage, as would already being licenced.
