A new rural property addressing system has been put in place to give every rural property a nationally recognized address. As you drive along our country roads you will begin to see markers with numbers on them close to the gates of rural properties. The number on the marker is the distance from the start of the road. This new addressing system is a good initiative and provides benefits to the community as a whole.
