About 10kms north of Callington is an area known locally as Bondleigh. A mixed farming area, you always see a variety of crops grown there including the bright yellow Canola fields. There is an old stone building that sits out there all on its own and it is actually the old Bondleigh Hall. A long time ago it did get used but these days it sits empty but protected by the current land owner. As you drive up through the roads & towns of the Bremer Valley you see quite a few of these old buildings and it always is quite interesting.
