These include a 25,000+ member page she started in 2014 to support her local community, as well as several food related pages, one for the fans worldwide who follow the antics of her dog Jax and a spirited Buy Nothing group in her area. Her passion for strengthening communities also sees Lou spending many hours volunteering in activities ranging from gardening, literacy support and food assistance. An active member of her community, you’ll no doubt find Louise championing for a great cause, topping up the local Grow Free cart she implemented, or out and about at some sort of sport training for her two kids.
